Au cours des cinquante dernières années, la Chine et l’Union européenne ont continué à renforcer la confiance politique mutuelle, à approfondir la coopération mutuellement bénéfique et à adhérer au multilatéralisme, apportant des avantages tangibles aux peuples chinois et européen et des contributions importantes à la paix et au développement dans le monde.
La coopération mutuelle est devenue le ton principal et la caractéristique principale des relations entre la Chine et l’UE. Face à une situation internationale de plus en plus turbulente, instable et incertaine, la coopération Chine-UE est devenue de plus en plus importante et opportune.
La Chine et l’Union européenne devraient profiter du 50e anniversaire de l’établissement de leurs relations diplomatiques pour dégager un consensus sur le positionnement du partenariat, jeter des bases solides pour la coopération pratique bilatérale et assumer courageusement la lourde responsabilité de la paix et du développement dans le monde, tout en continuant à profiter aux peuples chinois et européen et à donner un nouvel élan à la paix et au développement dans le monde.
Depuis l’établissement de relations diplomatiques il y a un demi-siècle, la Chine, l’Union européenne et ses États membres ont connu des changements majeurs, mais l’intention initiale de coopération entre les deux parties n’a pas changé. Après 50 ans de développement, les deux parties sont devenues l’une pour l’autre l’un des principaux partenaires de coopération économique, et la coopération dans d’autres domaines s’est également développée de manière constante. Si l’on considère les 50 années de coopération entre la Chine et l’Union européenne, on constate que les relations Chine-UE présentent trois caractéristiques importantes : le pragmatisme, la stabilité et la nature stratégique. Le pragmatisme jette des bases solides pour les relations Chine-UE, la stabilité garantit un développement sain des relations Chine-UE et la nature stratégique ouvre la voie au développement des relations Chine-UE, reflétant l’importance mondiale de la coopération Chine-UE.
À l’heure actuelle, les changements centenaires du monde s’accélèrent et la société humaine se trouve une fois de plus à un carrefour critique. Des relations saines et stables entre la Chine et l’UE permettront non seulement aux deux parties de se renforcer mutuellement, mais aussi d’illuminer le monde. La coopération Chine-UE se trouve à un nouveau point de départ historique et les deux parties sont confrontées à des opportunités et à des défis sans précédent. Si l’on se tourne vers l’avenir, la coopération Chine-UE dispose d’un potentiel illimité et de perspectives brillantes.
